Eligibility
The Moadim L'Simcha Cleveland is a community program open to individuals from Cleveland who are currently employed by a partner Jewish school or who have been invited by a recognized partner organization to participate in this sale. If an individual does not meet the Moadim L'Simcha Cleveland participation criteria, their account will be cancelled, and orders will not be fulfilled.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that were ordered but cannot be provided during pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to not when pickup of orders will be held and show up during scheduled times. If items aren’t picked up during the scheduled pickup time, Moadim L'Simcha Cleveland is not obligated to hold items. We will do our best to provide additional time for pickup, but we take no responsibility for the storage of cold items.
Payment methods
There is no fee for ACH payments. Credit card payment will include an additional 2.5% surcharge. To arrange to pay for an order by check
